Hi, I have horrible anxiety and lately I have been a little more anxious. I've started getting really uncomfortable sharp spasms in my chest/ sternum area that shoot up towards throat. I also get bubbling there just like a hose filling up with water. This is causing anxiety but is it that what is starting it? I've had a dozen ECG and endoscopy in the past and all clear. All I really want to know is if someone else has experienced this? Thankyou.
