Every couple of months I get this extremely sharp, pulling pain sort of "behind"/below my belly button. I'm only 17, and I know for sure that I am not pregnant- so I can rule that one out immediately!
Anyways, I've been getting this sharp pain for as long as I can remember and whenever I get it, it reallyy hurts to stretch out, and it also somewhat hurts when I pee... it's a very sudden, jolting kind of pain that shoots from just below my belly button to "behind" my clitoris..It REALLY hurts and I'm getting annoyed that it keeps coming back every few weeks/couple months. Does anyone know what this could be? I've been reading a bit about it and I've read about the possibility of it being an umbilical hernia? Any other comments/advice would be greatly appreciated.

note: I am not sexually active.. at least not with anyone except myself, but i doubt that counts as being sexually active. lol.
