Sharp persistent vaginal pain?

For the past few days I've been feeling this weird pain in my vagina. I can't really place where exactly it's located. As far as I can tell everything looks normal down there. It's just that sometimes when I'm walking, running, or sitting I feel these weird stabbing pain. It's like there's a shard of glass in there.

I can't tell if it's a UTI, some kind of cyst, an STD, or what. I am not a virgin. I use condoms. I'm in a long-term relationship and the last time I had sex was a month ago (currently long-term relationship).

Even now, just sitting, whenever I shift in my chair there's a stabbing pain. It seriously feels like I'm sitting on a knife. I need to sit a certain way, kind of leaning forward, to keep the pain from happening. Once I start to lean back on my butt the intense pain and discomfort starts up. Even just running on the treadmill or using the stationary bike triggers the pain.

Any idea what it could be? I'm going to ask someone at my school's health center tomorrow. I really don't have time in the next few days to schedule an appointment with a regular doctor.
I looked again... a little red and it looks like the urethra is swollen. I tried the back exercise before that and it didn't help (unless I was doing it wrong which is very likely).
