I'm 18 years old and i feel extremely over weight for my age (i weigh 210 the last time i looked). I have Exercise-Induced-Asthma and am allergic to pollen which affects me all year round.
This past week I've been experiencing sudden sharp pains between my right hip and rib cage. It's definitely reoccurring, i've had it happen in the past but not to this extreme. I use to feel this pain just at random and it would only last a minute or a few seconds. Now it's affecting my sleep a little and the pain has lasted for a week. I'm getting more worried the longer it stays yet I'm afraid to go get it checked because I hate hospitals and doctor offices and worried that it's something bigger then it seems.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what it might be or what to do about this?
It also has an affect on my breathing, i cannot breath deeply without feeling this pain.
