Sharp pains like period pains please help?

For the last 9 hours I have been gettin really bad pains in my lower stomach around the womb area. It feels like period cramps only much much worse sometimes I can't even stand! And it is not my period as that has gone about 10 days ago.. Also I felt a 'gush' come out of me and wen I went to the toilet it was not blood but just clear liquid. Can someone please tell me what it is as I'm very worried. Thanks xx
