M mmc3 New member Mar 30, 2011 #1 Almost every night when I'm laying down I get these really sharp quick pains in my upper stomach. It only happens when I'm laying down. I do have irritable bowel syndrome, and lactose intolerance, and I'm not sure if it is related or not. Thanks.
