Sharp pains in right side of head plz help me lots of answers foe alot of points?

On and off today I've been getting Sharp pains in my head that last for a few seconds then dissapear and come back a few mins later o have fluid in the right side of my ear behind my eardeum and I've been having neck pain and. I have pressure in the right side of my head I'm scared I'm having an aneursym of the brain I has a ct scan without contrast of my head and everything was fine but they can not tell if an aneursym is about to start without contrast I also had a ctscan on my neck and nothing o have no appetite and no energy I'm so scared this pain is gonna cause a vein to rupture on my head
