sharp pains in my legs arms bottom ... all over body, sob, twitches, headaches- HELP!

Two years ago after my girlfriend was diagnosed with leukemia I am always thinking that I have cancer. It first started out with some serious tension headaches now I have been having some sharp pains in my legs arms and bottom man all over my body. It is scary. At this point in time I am having trouble breathing I don't know what to do! Sometimes my body twitches and my muscles jumps. I thought I had a brain tumor and got a cat scan everything was okay, then I thought I had cancer, so I got some blood work done and everything was okay. I don't know, I sometimes feel as if I am mad! Can someone please HELP!
 
I am with you on the insomnia part. Not sure if it's stress or what but no matter how tired I am my heart just races when I lie down in bed at night. Maybe a relaxing tea at bedtime? The old warm milk routine?
WIsh I had answers. Only questions today.
 
Preeta, it sounds like you are suffering from anxiety. You can calm yourself down by slow deep breathing and slow exhale, think positive thoughts.

There is a fine line between "concern" and "worry". I belive you have crossed that line to being worried about things that may never happen.

It sounds like you are suffering from anxiety. Your doctor can help you with this. There is also an over the counter med called 5-htp. It helps to relax your muscles and calm you down. Make sure you read the label for drug interactions. (are you taking any meds now?)
Also, you sound like a fibromyalgia person. I have it. When I first started I had bad headaches and still do. I ached horribly all over. My back, between the shoulders, lower back, both shoulders, elbows, hips, knees. Fibro is on both sides of the body. Go to the fibro board and read or post your question there.
