For the past 3 days I have random sharp pains in the middle of my two breats. I would say its also a bit sore. Also, i woke up today sleeping on my right boob, and the bottom of it kind of hurt like there was something hard in it. Anyways i am supposed to be getting my period this week so it could be cause of that. Also, there is no sign on breast cancer in my family. I am a teenager so I don't know what can be causing this. Can my breasts be growing without me knowing, or am getting my period, or can it mean i have something wrong and need to seek a doctor. Please help asap I am scared.
I did NOT work out anywhere around my breast.
Also, I didn't drink a lot of water today, can dehydration be the reason?
