Sharp pains in my arm below shoulder, Im only 18?

Sometimes I get these random sharp pains in my arm. Its under m shoulder maybe three or four inches, it doesn't really hurt its just annoying and i punch my arm right there trying to get it to go away lol. What is this because its really annoying?
Ok smart guy. Its just a pain and Im smart enough to not go to the doctor and spend 200 bucks over something not life threatening.
