i woke up this morning and did my usual routiene of getting dressed, and having my morning ciggarette.. ever since and still now, i am having difficulty breathing and having sharp pains in my lungs right under my rib cage.. it's very uncomfortable and painful. im at work and its hard to even get up from my chair to walk around and do what i gotta do. this happens every once in a long blue, but usually it goes away after a little while.. today it seems to be lasting alot longer. what is this? and what can i do esp right now to relieve some pain and not have to leave work.
