Sharp pains in head, help?

I keep getting sharp shooting pains in my head although sometimes they can last for 3-10 seconds and other times i feel like theres a giant pressure at the back and/or front of my head I usually get enough sleep so i dont think that could be it. I also suddenly feel dizzy and exhausted at times. Any ideas what this could be
