I've been having sharp pains sporadically throughout my hands wrists fingers and sometimes it goes up my arms. This has been happening for about 4 months. When I bend my hand a certain way or try to grab something it will shoot really sharp pains throughout. It makes it very difficult to work considering I'm a waitress. I will grab one plate and feel like I need to drop it from the excruciating pain. I would just like some kind of answer to what is going on, can anybody help?
