So I spent the night at my aunts house last night (it's the morning now-I'm still here) and she has 3 dogs and 2 cats which I'm allergic to, so I took some claratin in the morning, I didn't start having problems until later on. I started getting wheezy and short of breathe,
because my allergies trigger my asthma and when that happens my inhaler doesn't help me. So I started breathing deeply and all that crap which didn't help. I could barely breathe by now and my aunt gave me some tea which sorta help. She is a massage therapist so she gave me a full body massage which did help. I got a new inhaler Friday because I had an asthma attack and one of her framing dogs got a hold of this new inhaler and broke it, now it is all chewed up and doesn't operate properly. But I was having a panic attack and I took wayyy to much albuterol and my heart was pounding fast and I was shaking. So I took 50mg of benadryl because that helps me with this and after I took that is when I got the massage. Then I decides to try and go to sleep, I could breathe better but still a bit short of breathe and I was getting some pains in my throat. So I woke up about 45 mins ago and I have a pain in my throat when I swallow, but it's not like when you are sick, it feels like it's in the area arthritis very beginning of your throat (in between the clavicle bone in the front of your chest) and if I breathe deeply in hurts too. Same with my chest, it feels like mid back and chest feels this same way when I breathe deep or lay on my back. But it also feels like m throat is aorta closed a bit even when I'm just sitting there not breathing. What is this from? I know it probably relates to my asthma and allergy attack but when will it to away and what caused it?
Sorry for the typos, I'm using my iPod
And also my nose is sorta stuffed up and sorta have a cough, it's more dry but I can feel some mucus when I do cough. This all started last night after the asthma/allergy fiasco
