I run two miles almost everyday, so it is not because I just started. I've been doing so for about 2+ months.
Anyways, I had done half a workout (bench press, shoulders, forearm, triceps), and went for a two mile run. I finished my run and walked another few minutes, and returned home.
A few minutes after arriving home, I noticed that when I took a deep breath I felt sharp pain around my left ribcage. I also observed that if I lifted my arms (or just my left arm) I would not feel the pain as quickly, and the pain wasn't as sharp.
I am still experiencing this pain, and I am not sure what it is and what to do. Thanks in advance for any insight.
