Its not like when it can burn sometimes when your dehydrated but its like a stabbing pain in the tip of my penis. It only happens occasionally when i try to pee, and i dont want to pee for the rest of the day. It happens maybe every 3 wks and its random. is this a bladder infection? the head can look inflammed.
