Sharp pain when I breathe?

I have a sharp pain below my heart when I breathe deeply. And when I breathe deeper, it hurts more. My grandfather passed away a month ago, could it be stress from that? And, I drink A LOT of Coke Zero's everyday, usually 8-10 Coke Zero's in a 12-Pack. Could all of the Coke Zero's have something to do with this? (I've been drinking that many Coke Zero's for about a year and a half now.)
No, I don't smoke.
