Sharp pain under left & right breast and above left brest?

I am so worried this is something to do with my heart!! This has been going on for over a week now! Have a doctors appointment today at 3:15pm. Cant sleep at all because out of the blue ill get a very sharp pain above my left brest, below it or below my right breast. It jolts me awake, I cant sleep even after taken 2 tylonal PMs. What is wrong with me? It seems to be getting worse day by day. My other symtoms include back pain, lower adominal pain, ice pick headaches, numbness of fingers, and alot of chest pain. My dr ruled out infection and claymidia and swore up and down my heart was fine even though he did nothing but listen to it afew seconds. Said not to worry about my heart till I am in my 50s. I want him to check my arteries, ect but not sure how to be bold enough to tell him I want it done, or what to ask for exactly. Still can not sleep, having to fight pm meds bec the sharp pains jolt me back awake even when I do drift off. Plz help!!!!
