Today i had a sudden sharp pain on my left knee when i got out off my car, then again when i started walking, and it kept happening off and on. Im an athletic person but not overly. I run, and i play DDR every once in a while. Im only 16 so i doubt it's anything to do with age.
Sharp pain to the knee. Help?
