Sharp pain over lymph node?

I was just sitting at my desk and experienced a very sharp pain that lasted about 3-5 seconds right over my right lymph node in my neck. It startled me very much, but then went away. I don't have blood or vascular issues, and am under monitor surveillance at the moment by way of my cardiologist. What could this be? I always fear the worst...
