I was driving in the car this morning and all of the sudden the right side of my chest had a sharp pain, and then my right arm started to become tingley. I started to have a hard time breathing and it became very uncomfortable. I pulled into the gas station and it took everthing in me to walk in and buy the excedrine, my arm feels better but everytime I take a deep breathe, there is pain on the right side, does any body know whats happening to me?
