...contractions.? I am not sure if it is a muscle cramp or what but it is always on the right side and goes away after about 20 minutes or so. It is very intense and comes on all of a sudden. It is right on the sideof my belly button, and it comes and goes through out the day.
It feels like it is just under the skin, but strong enough to make me stop in my tracks. It is about 2-3 inches in diameter.
