sharp pain on the back of my head?

it only happens when i talk on the phone. it depends on which ear i put the phone. the last time it happen was last night. i felt this pain on the left side on the back of my head. it feels like a bunch of needles going in all at once. it only goes away when i get off the phone or if i put pressure i dont feel it anymore. it hurts a lot. sometimes my body gets hot when the pain comes. idk what it could be
please no one say tumor cause thats what im thinking & i really dont want it to be a tumor.
