Sharp pain on right side when i breathe deeply?

the pain is starting from the bottom half of my hip bone on the right side of my body and it goes up from around the right side of my back to my shoulder blade through my arm. it is extremely painful and it only happens when i take a deep breath. i dont have medical insurance and i want to make sure before going to the hospital, its something thats serious or not. please.. no rediculous answers
