When ever I'm walking and my pace increases i get awful pains in the lower leg on the outside of my shin. Which builds up and really hurts, the muscle when i feel my leg is rock hard and i always end up walking into a limp even after only about 20 mins of walking. however its NOT as noticeable when i run?
I'm only 19 been athletic all my life, little over weight and never had a serious injury during sport.
Anybody got any possible solutions for me?
