Sharp pain on my shoulders when breathing in?

Hello, well I noticed today that when I breathe in deeply I get a very sharp shoulder pain and recently I have been having problems breathing, like I would miss a breathe when I would breathe in. So I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me any suggestions on what you think it is? Thanks
