B Britney S New member Nov 3, 2010 #1 I'm 36 weeks 3 days pregnant. I laid down, woke up and I'm having this HORRIBLE pain on my lower right side. It's not a contraction, but's always there and it even hurts to move. It's too high up to be round ligaments. What else could be causing it?
