should i be worried? im a bit over weight and have been losing weight due to excersise, diet and phentermine 37.5 today while on the treadmill i tried to go longer at a faster pace and then i got a sharp shooting pain in my left side of my chest and then my whole left arm all the way to the finger tips went numb and was painful. i kept shaking my arm to shake it off while continuing to walk on the treadmill. when i got off 8 minutes later it was gone but my chest still does hurt. anyone experence this before and are still ok? or ended up having a heart attack later?
