Sharp Pain on Chest above my Left Breast!?

I've only had it for a couple of hours today after I ate some Pringles. And now it hurts when I breathe in too deep, or turn my body to the right. I tried pressing against my chest where it hurts, and it feels like my rib is pressing against something, and it hurts badly. Should I go into the doctors? Or am I fine? HELP ME.
