It started just a few minutes ago. The only strenuous activity I did today was a 20 minute walk, which was hours ago. It only hurts when I stand. While sitting, I can bounce my foot and leg, bend it, lift it up, and (sort of)stretch without it hurting, but doing anything standing hurts to the point where I don't want to walk on it. It kinda feels like somethings around to crack. Any idea what could be wrong?
