This just started today. Whenever I swallow, chew, move my tongue to the right or towards the top of my mouth, and sometimes when I talk I am getting sharp pains towards the very back left side of my tongue. I have no clue what is going on, but I can barely even eat so I need to find out some way to relieve the pain. There doesnt appear to be any swelling, bumps, etc. on my tongue. Also, sometimes the pain goes up towards my left ear. I've tried looking into it, but I can't find anything that really sounds like this. Im kind of thinking it has to do with grinding my teeth at night because I woke up at least 7 times in the middle of the night last night and the pain started the following morning. I've never experienced something like this so I have no clue what to do. Any suggestions would be nice...
