Just 30 minutes ago I was walking home from the grocery store and got a sharp shooting pain in my upper left black, under my shoulder blade. I immediately threw up and had trouble breathing. I walked back home but had to keep sitting down and was dizzy and couldn't breath the whole way, it was very scary. I just began breathing normally again and the pain has gone down a lot. It's controllable now. My roommates and I have no idea what happened and was wondering if anyone had an answer? Any tips on what to do now? It still hurts but its not as excruciating.
Also, it's a little under 20 degrees here right now and I was wearing a sweatshirt. Could the cold have to do with it?
