I'm 14 and When I woke up and moved my left arm I got a sharp piano that lasted for about 3 seconds it only hurts when I move it and I get a pain in my shoulder and neck. I sometimes sleep with my neck leaning to my left and recently I have been playing on my xbox and when I play it I face to the right and I can play it for over 2 hours and my neck hurts afterwards for a few minutes could one of these be causing the pain in my shoulder neck and arm??
