My home is 1.5 miles from a small beach and so my 14 yr old brother and I ride our bikes there. But every time we have gone this summer, by the time I reach the house I have an overwhelming pain in my throat. My voice is like a whisper and and I collapse on the couch. This is often accompanied by a "hollow" feeling in my thighs? Im 17, and my brother and I exercise the same amount but he barely breaks a sweat. What is going on?
