Ok so today I woke up feeling perfectly fine and when I got off class at 3 I started noticing some pain in my upper thigh. It's hard to describe it but think of it as right above where your hand would be if your arms were at your sides. Its on the outside if my thigh and it's a very sharp pain. But the pain only comes if I exert movement like get up or walk. It's a very sharp pain and worrying me. Any advice?
