Mommy Too Twin Boys

i have a sharp pain that comes for a second and then goes its right above my ear i did not start getting this pain until 3 days ago.
i have been stressed out i just found out my dad has stomach cancer and he has about a year to live on top of that i have twin boys and one of them has colic he cried all day and half the night. i'm trying everything home remedies, gripe water, colic calm, similac alimentum.. nothings working so i'm stressed out and i gotta hear from my family to give my child up because thats just how bad his crying is its like they hate him. i dont have time to go to the doctors. i dont have a babysitter so i'm asking someone for help. is this a migraine?
i do play with my tongue ring alot.. kinda like grinding my teeth.. thanks.
