So earlier today, probably about 6 hours ago I was talking to my mom about something and all of a sudden out of nowhere had a sharp pain in the crease of my left middle finger. I didn't bump it, stab it, cut it, slam it, or anything. I was just sitting. Right after wards it started to turn a little purple. After a few minutes the pain went away, but since then it has just been getting more and more purple, and started to swell. It hurts now too. What could it be? if it helps I do have a blood clotting disease, but I'm young so I don't make blood clots yet, and I shouldn't be getting one in my finger. Is it a blood vessel popping? Any help, or info would be helpful. Thanks.
