I am 20 years old and I was sleeping last night and woke up around 3 in the morning with a sharp pain in the dead center of my chest. It also hurts when i breathe deeply. I don't know if it is stress related since it is finals week or what but I worried that it could be serious like a heart attack. I even sneezed and it was 10 times worse the pain right in the center. What should I do? Has anyone else experienced this?
