Sharp pain in the back of my head?

I'm 14 year old inshape boy. This morning I was taking a shower so I threw my head back and I got a huge sharp pain in the back of my head. It felt like a vein popped.then it got really warm and felt like blood was rushing down my head but it wasn't. These have happened to me before but never this bad. What are they?

Awww honey, that's awful, and this sounds very serious. You should check it to a doctor and if you are suffering more or the symptoms increase then go to the hospital.
Perhaps you have a muscle pull in your head after showering, this can happen and is completely normal. Having paracetamol can help it to make it better but a muscle pull takes a week to get better. Having a vein broke in the head is not good at all. Before something gets worse for example blood clot can happen then they may - god forbid take your life away. Trying messaging your neck for a while or get someone to do it for you. Having a warm hot water bottle can also help. Try changing your pillow that you sleep on, because this can be the problem sometimes, also maybe considering changing your side or position in the way you sleep.
