See i had this sharp intense pain in my stomach and it would go away then come back and i couldnt even move, it only came for about 4 minutes. Then i felt a little sick so i took some gravol 2 minutes later i was gagging to the point of almost puking but then i didn't puke. im scared i might puke again almost? I had McDonalds today so maybe its food poisoning? Does that mean i will puke even with gravol? I also have Diahrrea
