under my left rib, in the stomach region, just about an inch above and over from the belly button, i have a sharp, stabbing pain. it feels tense and tight, and i can't say if it's a 'mass' or just the muscles. i've experienced this before in the past week or two, but i have chronic stomach issues so i sort of thought nothing of it, but it's starting to really bother me. pressing on it hurts even more, and it makes me rather dizzy. my boyfriend suggested possible gas or the fact that i may need to use the rest room, but it never ends up as either of those. i'm just wondering what the possibilities could be, that's all.
