I started my period yesterday and every time i try to push for a bowel movement, theres this sharp pain that shoots from my bum hole to my lower abs. This has never happened to me before and i am really confused because it hurts so bad, that i feel like going to the docs. I tried applesauce a bunch of it but that was 5 hours ago. and nothing happened. what are some ways that i can soothe my pain and be able to poop good.
