Hi so yesterday i was tumbling for cheerleading and when i did my back tuck i feel full force on my right arm. and when i fell i hear a crack or something but i kept going and now today i feel this sharp pain around my humerus. I no i dint break or fracture it b/c i still can move it but it hurts really bad when i move it.... does anybody know what i did to it?
