This morning I woke up with diarrhea, which has lasted all day and has made my whole body ache. I have taken a couple antacids hoping this would help. My stomach seems to have calmed down a little bit, but now i have TERRIBLE sharp pain in what feels like my ribs. The pain is worse on the left side, but I can feel a little bit on the right side as well. It is similar to that feeling like you have a stitch and you just need to take a deep breath to relieve it..but mine is constant. Please help, what is wrong with me?
