Please help me! 
i have a very sharp pain on the inside of my ribcage on my left side, it started off only when i took a larger breath in than usual but now it's permanent! it is very sore, and it is also making me feel like im scared to breath, and also it hurts sometimes when i move around too, it feels like there something sharp digging in somewhere around there, please help me as i think i may have chipped a rib or something!, if it helps any bit ive not done alot of sports/exercise recently, but i did go on a very short bike ride earlier on with a heavy backpack on but this pain started when i was sitting at my desk on my laptop, PS its definitely not a stitch, PSS i'm only 15 so i don't have immediate access to drugs or medicine!
