sharp pain in my vagina?

im 28 weeks pregnant...im having very quick but intense sharp pains in my vagina, last nit i think i was just having severe braxton hicks contractions, took a warm bath, it helped, this morning i woke up with blood in my underwear,and now these pains? didn't think to much bout it, should i go to the hospital now or wait for husband to get home with the phone at 4 pm
