I have this really weird pain in my back...it's kind of up high, mostly in the middle but a tad bit to the right side, near my right scapula.
It's pretty sharp, and it hurts the most when I take a deep breath and fill my lungs as full as I can. It also hurts when I twist my torso towards the left. And when I bend over at the waist.
Last night was when it started; I was sitting on my floor organizing my music book with the music spread out all around me, and when I turned my torso to the left I felt the pain start; it was pretty bad but not too bad. So afterwards I went to bed and when I woke up this morning, if felt worse.
What could it be? And how can I relieve it a bit?
