Sharp pain in my right side/lung area especially when i inhale.?

Its been like two days. I have done anything that I think would hurt me lately....
here is everything wrong
-right shoulder blade is swollen
-hurts almost like my right lung is constricted when I inhale
-hurts no matter how I lay or sit
-pain is sharp and consistent
HELP!
