Sharp pain in my ribs, 39 weeks pregnant?

Feels like that pain when your baby kicks your ribs, only its on my left side going from my hip all the way up to my top rib, and well from what the last ultra sound said, the babies spine was there, not his legs or arms.. so what is this?


(im also due in 6 days, and been having "false contractions, period like cramping" for a month, was told i was in early labor a week ago..)
