Sharp pain in my lower right abdomen?

All day ive been having these sharp pains in my lower right abdomen. It doesnt bother me much when im sitting down but when im walking around or if i was to bend or even stretch i feel them more. I go to the doctor on monday but im just wondering what this may be?
Kidneys are closer to the back of the body and up higher the pain is more localized near the intestines.
